We depend on over 200 volunteers to help the games run smoothly. Individuals interested in volunteering on the day of the games can help with ticket sales, t-shirt and soda sales in our information booth, beer sales (checking ID’s, selling drink tickets, and of course pouring beer), assisting in our children's area, piping area, or with the athletes.

We also need help on the Thursday and Friday before the games, setting up the venue and Saturday evening and Sunday morning cleaning up. Volunteers are required to work a minimum of two hours to gain free entry to the games but we are always happy to have you help for longer!

We can use individuals and group volunteers. If you are a school group or an individual needing community service hours our event is for you! Have fun while logging those hours. We would love to have you help.

Planning the Games

Planning the games goes on pretty much all year. We are always looking for people to assist and organize various parts of the event. Pre-game planning help is needed on the following committees: Volunteers, Fund-raising, Sponsors, VIP Hospitality, and Publicity and Ad Sales.
